Catalog information
Descriptions, colors, prices, and availability are presented in good faith and may change. Screen settings and handmade variation can affect the appearance of wax colors.
Basket and followed items
Cart and Fallows features are browser-based conveniences. They do not reserve inventory, create a binding order, or guarantee availability.
Communications
Information submitted through the contact form must be accurate and must not contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious material. We may decline requests that cannot be safely or reasonably fulfilled.
Intellectual property
Site copy, brand presentation, product names, and original editorial materials belong to SereneWax Atelier or its licensors. You may view them for personal use but may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Safe making
Wax and heat tools should be used on a stable, protected surface with appropriate ventilation and adult judgment. Follow the instructions supplied with each tool and keep heated materials away from children and flammable objects.
